At Greendale Group, we know the importance of community; local people are crucial to everything we do, whether they’re employees, customers or charity partners. We recognise that we’re well placed to offer wide-ranging support across the South West – we’re able to champion local growers and producers at our Farm Shop, host local free events for the community, provide multiple employment opportunities for local people across our businesses (including a fishing apprenticeship scheme) and also contribute to our chosen local and national charities each year.

Our People

From its entrepreneurial foundations, the Greendale Group has been built on a bedrock of dedicated, hard-working and talented individuals. Across our businesses, Greendale staff members’ skills and experience help us go from strength to strength; in turn, we make a point of nurturing and championing talent, offering a range of development opportunities throughout our businesses and supporting career growth.

Heart of the Community

Greendale Farm Shop has become a popular hub for locals; it’s a great place to pick up quality groceries or meet for a coffee or meal, but we’ve always aimed to offer more than just a shopping and dining experience. Customers love our free-to-access Farm and Tractor trails and free seasonal events, including our Summer Fete and Dog Show, and the Farm Shop grounds also now host a regular weekly parkrun, plus charity car boot sales and Cars and Cuppas meet-ups.
