Greendale is delighted to announce its acquisition of Opus Group (UK) Ltd, which operates Opus Plastics Ltd and Extrusion Lines Ltd. The acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for Greendale and its diverse portfolio of businesses as it moves into manufacturing for the first time.
The acquisition will enable Opus Group to continue providing its existing high-quality, professional plastic injection and extrusion services, with plans to expand its operating capabilities over the coming years. The business will continue to operate as usual from Greendale Business Park, led by its existing dedicated and skilled team.
