Greendale Business Park tenants are powered by clean, renewable energy, thanks to the Greendale Group’s on-site Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plant, Willowglen. The plant uses cattle dung, organic matter and rainwater to produce biogas, a reliable renewable fuel, which in turn creates electricity for Greendale Business Park.
The Park is home to more than 150 companies; some are major national names, others are smaller, more niche businesses, but all of them value the Park’s strategic location and amenities. Offering a variety of products and services, this wide range of thriving companies is a good indication that businesses flourish at Greendale.
As a large local business community hub, the Business Park and its tenants contribute considerably to the East Devon economy, collectively employing over 2,000 people across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, utilities, distribution and logistics, and the automotive industry.
