Administrator/Stock Controller – Evening

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator and Stock Controller to play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a varied, fast-paced role and would suit someone that enjoys a challenge.

Fishmonger

Our farm shop is looking for a Fishmonger to join our award-winning fish counter team. Previous experience in a fishmonger’s or a similar role is essential. This is a physically demanding position that requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Our farm shop is looking for a passionate, creative and commercially minded individual to join our Visual Merchandising team. Marine Engineer

We are looking for a fleet engineer to join our team at Brixham Fish Quay, providing marine engineering support to Waterdance vessels and shoreside stores. Waterdance is a family-owned fishing company and is part of the Greendale Group. We have over 20 boats based in Devon and Cornwall including beam trawlers, netters, and potters. Our boats land regularly at Brixham, Newlyn, Salcombe and Exmouth.

Greendale Storage, part of the Greendale Group, is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing warehouse team at Greendale Business Park near Exeter. We provide comprehensive storage solutions for a range of local businesses, including container unloading, pallet storage, and pick-and-pack services.

We are looking for outgoing, friendly individuals to assist with assembling seasonal hampers from September until Christmas Eve, and selling Christmas trees from 9th November until Christmas Eve.

Evening Chef

We are looking for a hard working individual that is passionate about good food and working as part of a team. This is a very fast paced environment, experience in a busy kitchen is essential. You will be required to work 5 days a week, hours usually sit between 10am-11pm. This role will include weekends. All the food we serve is fresh and home made using home grown ingredients from our own farm where possible.

Apprenticeships & Work Experience

The Greendale Group works together with local colleges to offer apprenticeship schemes at its businesses. Previously these have included an Engineering Operative (Fabrication) Apprenticeship, a Sea Fisher Apprenticeship with Waterdance Fishing, a Butchery Apprenticeship at Greendale Farm Shop and a Finance Apprenticeship at the Group’s head office. We also participate in Work Experience schemes run by nearby schools and Sixth Form colleges, providing students with work placements at various Greendale sites, typically for one week.

From my week’s work experience with Greendale, I have taken away many new skills such as website management, keyword research and content creation. This has given me a greater understanding of Marketing alongside expanding my ability to work with other team members to support their roles and deliver Marketing across the group. It has also given me an insight into areas of Marketing that I may want to specialise in when looking at the future.
